My intention is to provide your pet, as well as you, with the healing energy of the universe, through Reiki. While we humans are sometimes reluctant to recognize this energy, animals are not, and they readily accept it. This universal energy, which quantum physicists are now on the verge of being able to identify, has always been recognized and accepted by the animal kingdom.

 

My journey toward understanding and accepting the power of universal energy began years ago with travels to Japan, Ireland and Italy. Here, the ancient wisdom of Eastern philosophers as well as that of the Celtic civilizations of Europe planted the seeds in my mind. As I studied the history and the practices, all it took was a practical, real life demonstration that took me from the theory to the reality of energy work and what it can do to heal animals and humans alike.

 

That demonstration came in the form of watching a therapist use Craniosacral and energy work on our aging Collie-dog who suffered from joint pain and muscle weakness. As I watched the transformation in her body when energy was infused and saw how her pain diminished, I knew I needed to take the next step to be able to help ease suffering myself.

 

With that revelation, I took my first Reiki course in 2008, and am now a Reiki Master as well as a Certified Animal Reiki Practitioner. I hope to bring the best quality of health and well-being to those animals in your life through Animal Reiki Therapy.
